What is an Above 1 Gb/s Ethernet Contactless Slip Ring?

This slip ring uses advanced contactless electronics to achieve deterministic, real-time data transfer at speeds above 1 Gb/s (1000 BASE-TX). It offers continuous operation without the wear and friction of traditional mechanical systems.

Using capacitive technology, the system provides efficient short-distance Ethernet data transfer. It minimizes signal loss and ensures stable performance.

Thanks to its innovative design, the system completely eliminates friction between rotating and stationary parts. As a result, there is no heat build-up, and the need for lubrication disappears.
