As Finance or HR professionnals, our administrative support teams are at the heart of everything we do.

Our Accounting and Finance department is responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all business activities.

Our HR teams play a key role in supporting, developing and inspiring our employees and ensure we have the right people and structure we need to support our growth.

Our roles - support

I am Senior Accountant in Kista (Sweden). First of all, working in close collaboration with the Financial Director and the General Manager, I’m in charge of accounting for the company, which includes managing payable and receivable accounts, VAT, weekly, monthly and annual reporting. I also manage external contacts with pension brokers and authorities.

A second part of my job is to support with HR administration and payroll.

Thanks to the size of the company, I’m able to have a large diversity of tasks.

I like the flexibility in the role and the variety of the tasks. The balance between proactive as well as reactive and analysis. I can organize the work under my responsibility, I can plan my time myself.

I like to work with numbers and I like the contact with people!

The staff is fantastic here. Collaboration with colleagues and team spirit is really strong. Everyone is important, we need each other to do a great job.

I also like the idea of developing the business together. We have the chance to build a company that is a recognized specialist, and one of the best in its domain!
