In our daily operations, we promote employee awareness of environmental practices, we always rethink our processes and we work on projects to develop usage of sustainable or recycled or low carbon footprint resources in our products. The principles set in our Environmental and Sustainability Policy include our commitment to sustainable development and our compliance with higher environmental regulations and commitments.

This Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Policy outlines our commitments to permanent improvement, measurables progresses, and involvement of all our stakeholders in sustainability, ethical practices, and responsible corporate governance.

• Measure, Set objectives and targets for all three ESG Pillar
• Monitor, review and report our environmental performance through corporate ESG program complemented with external assessment as
• applicable;
• Ensure that we are managing our footprint on critical raw materials / emissions to reduce intensity (ie in proportion to our growth)
• Ensure the availability of information and provide the necessary resources to achieve the objectives and targets;
• Continually improve our ESG management system to enhance performance;
• Comply with all applicable legal and other recognized requirements, ensure our Group practices exceed requirements
• Involve our associates to understand their responsibilities and in the achievement of our goals and create a culture of environmental awareness; with communication campaigns, visible initiatives, and walk the talk management
• Encourage and support the purchase of environmentally friendly products and services;
• Propose to our customers products and services respecting environment and helping them into their own ESG effort;
• Distribute and effectively communicate this Policy and its importance such that it is understood at all levels in the Company;
• Regularly review this Policy and update as necessary to ensure it remains appropriate to the nature and scale of the Group’s environmental
• impact.
